I was just reading the posts on the GPS thread because I was considering joining since I hate when people use incorrect grammar, spelling, etc. But I was kind of disappointed with what I was reading. A lot of them were reporting silly mistakes and all-out simple things. They quoted one thing that actually had very good grammar/spelling, and only slightly abused caps. Everyone does it... If you do it once and a while to express something, it's no big deal. But it was also extremely obvious who they were talking about, and I happen to like this user, so I wasn't happy with it.
I can't get Paint Tool Sai for Mac >.> Come on!
I can't make good, clean, lineart in GIMP. It's not even the drawing part that frustrates me. It's the inking part. Grr.

Today I was reading the Auction Rules again.
There was one rule in there that reminded me what happened when someone tried to get free art from me. ;-;
There was this quantity auction. I bid. Then, I noticed that they also accepted art. So I PM them about and they said that my art would be worth 600-700 points. So, I decided to draw some art. They sent me the reference and said that when I finished, they would add it. That's how it worked for them.
Some time later, I realized that I haven't heard from them in a while. So, I go to the auction thread and look at the last few comments.
What did I find?
Bidder: Is there an end date?
Auctioneer: No. The auction will end when Star finishes the art.
And then there was some other stuff I can't remember.
Then...
Auctioneer: You know what, even if Star finishes the art, she still won't win. Guess you win then.
Bidder: Yay.

Oh, and not to mention that they didn't even cancel my bid OR PM that the auction was over.
They just let me continue to work on their art.

Something like that happened to me once. I was a moderator for a website, and I was giving out prize art for anyone who could answer a specific question correctly. So, this person answered a question correctly. I did their artwork then sent it to them. I got a reply saying I had been entered in the contest they were holding. After about a month I checked the contest and saw the winners. And a last comment said: "Username here shouldn't have entered the contest. It was stupid anyway." Yeah. I got dished out because of that. But they were banned for 3 weeks because of very foul words toward I and respected user.

I used to despise seafood xD But then I got a job at a fish market and kind just tried things. I don't really care for fish, but I do like shrimp and scallops.
My eye is so itchy and I don't know why.
I dunno what to draw... stupid artblock and lack of creativity
