Jagg looked around and licked her paws. Smiling she thought, A very nice area. and went back to her paws.

Crystal then replied "But I'd still like to do something to cheer him up."

Two Socks then went to sit with Jagg when he sat down he asked "If you were Crystal what would you want?"

Ranjei swooped down onto her favorite rock above the camp and overheard Two Socks' question. She padded silently to the rock's edge and layed down so she could look down at him. "I know what I'd want. I'd want a medium boy." She said to him from above in a mysterious and slightly teasing voice.

"Then why don't you go up to him, and sit down with him, and smile?"

Two Socks Replied "I'm sorry, could you repeat that?"

Crystal wanted to say "But are you sure that will make him happy?" but thought "Shes leader and knows whats best" and walked off to sit by Two Socks

Ranjei swooped down next in front of Two Socks and landed lightly on her paws. "A medium boy. Not a totally nervous wolf, but not a overly protecting...Rrr, I'll bite your neck in two if you touch her," Her voice went deeper for this part, "One. In the middle. Medium." She sat down next to the two wolves, proud of her mini-speech.

"So in other wor...." Crystal comes over and sits next to Two Socks, "So, what were you all talking about?" Two Socks glares at Ranjei trying to hint to her he doesn't want her to tell her the truth.

"We were talking about how Two Socks..." Ranjei caught his glare and smiled to tell him she understood. "...And me could go on a hunting patrol. I was about to ask if you'd like to join?" She grinned at Crystal, knowing how she had almost told his secret.
