Yes! I'm not the only one. I live right next to Mexico, so I can pretty much understand Spanish even though I can't speak it for the life of me. It's a boring language to me, too, since it's so familiar. When we got the choice between Spanish and French, I chose French in a heartbeat, and I love it (Je l'adore!).
Anyway, I obviously speak English and a good deal of French, and am currently learning Russian (Как дeла?). I'll probably move to Swedish once I know a good deal of Russian. Languages run in my family, so it's no surprise to anyone - my grandfather spoke 11 languages, and bits and pieces of many more.
