what character(s) of yours like the summer, what do they like about it?:
keith for sure!!! he loves the sun and long days and having no school and goofing off aaaand exploring and,,, jesus he loves everything about summer honestly LOL

what is your character(s') favorite season/time of the year, why?:
hmm, for my main three:

keith: summer, because of the reasons above.
jonah: fall...? i associate him heavily with spring, but he seems to prefer the comfier, cozier weather of fall. i guess it reminds him of things in the past...
alex: winter! he loves the fact that there's no bugs or birds, and he can have hot coffee every morning and have that great warm feeling inside.

do you have any stress-relief characters that you draw/write about to relieve stress, and why?? (Show them!):
usually keith or jonah! i dunno, i guess in a way they're my comfort characters. i've had both of them for years and they're really important to me ;w;

do you typically think about where your characters live? do you develop your own little worlds for your characters?:
allllllllllllll the tiiiiiiiiiiiiime. for adoptables and my regular ocs. i LOVE world building and character development more than anything, so inevitably if i so much as THINK about a character of mine, i'll likely be developing them or their universe somehow... i keep doing this for adopt entries and i'm like, crap, i should've used this for an oc idea LOL

How do you normally name and develop your characters?
naming... has to feel right? i dunno how to explain it, but i'll go through a list of names until something clicks. fantasy is a little easier because i just make 'em up, but i write mostly modern ocs, so list-checking it is. sometimes it's extremely, almost strangely easy... like my ocs pick their own names???

as for development, i usually get a general "feel" for the character first... i kind of call the feeling i get from an oc an "aura" and i just start matching traits that feel like they match or compliment that aura? then the rest comes from me writing/thinking about them, usually discussing headcanons with my friends or even just rambling to myself... sdjskgs i love developing ocs

what character(s) of yours like the summer, what do they like about it?:
uhhh i have too many to answer this lol
but out of my mains, Sera would like summer most! Shes a goddess specializing in fire (based on a phoenix), so she'd like the warmth, and she's also a creator goddess of my character world, so all the growth in summer makes her very happy to watch
what is your character(s') favorite season/time of the year, why?:
I'll do Myra Here- Her favorite season/time of year would probably be spring. She doesn't like the cold. And she likes when the cold goes away

Myra ofc always myra she has so much art; or my Sona
do you typically think about where your characters live? do you develop your own little worlds for your characters?:
Yes! I have put a lot of thought into my characters world. Its formation, its culture, and special things about it. I have a set of deities for it, and I keep my notes/information here!
Though, ive slacked on updating it lately cause ive been working on other stuff on toyhouse
How do you normally name and develop your characters?
Usually- I start with personality
I think of 1-2 traits that are good, and 1-2 traits that are bad about them
Based on their personality+design, i decide a world for them to be in (well, location to place them in),or time period in which they exist in my chara world
Based on that time period and location-i choose a name that would suit that area
then i further their personality based on how they would have grown up/what they would have been exposed to
and then i start introducing other factors that would effect them and help flesh out the character as a whole (their relationship with their parents, any events that would have interfered with their growing,ect)

Ive mostly been writing the past day or two, so i havent done much drawing,
I did buy a few new babs! Theyre older charas who needed a new home and were cheap so I decided to pick them up

HmmmMMM hard one.
i feel like all my chars would like both, except for Weece, they'd probably prefer something more beneficial for their body considering how tiny they are, so popsicles over ice cream for them if available c:

which one of your characters loves tanning/sunbathing?
definitely Boire, Revaille, and Alvar! (the bat dragon i shared above)

species wise, what do you prefer? rl existing species, hybrids, mythological, made-up, & etc etc
i really like monsters or anything fantasy, canid chars are cool too.
It also really depends on how well i can incorporate a character with my mind and my worlds

Do you have any characters with weird little things they are afraid of? (i.e single earrings left out)
hmmm, Tico can't ride in vehicles, he'd probably grip and rip out the seat just from holding onto it too tight if her were ever to get in a vehicle seat or anything motor/engine run.
he walks everywhere or uses his bicycle, which he still rarely uses :,D
My kiamara Quincy has a similar fear, except he won't rip the seat out of the car fortunately, just gets lots of knots in his stomach if he ever rides a vehicle, and he feels really bad and nervous n stuff, poor bby

Do you have any character 'dreams'? Not necessarily dream characters, but a goal you'd like to achieve? Getting a certain species, reaching a certain amount of development?
oh golly yes. and it won't be a dream for very long, but i'm dedicated to learning how to animate so i can bring my characters to life as well as their storylines! :,D

Is there something you look forward to in the future regarding characters? A custom you're waiting on? A great art piece?

In one word - Manipulative
Three good traits for her would be loyal one you gets to know her, protective once you get to know her, empathetic once you get to know her cx
Three bad traits - everything is good only when you get to know her XD, she steals yo things - thief, and she ain't honest all the time :>
It's their lazy day off, how do they spend it? Do they get stuff done or just lounge around?
every day is a day offff pfff
she lounges around AND runs around to steal anything good she can find
if she happens to find others walkin around with good stuff, she starts her manipulation and ends up winning most of the time

They call him "The Guardian"
He's seen roaming around the mysterious forest in which several creatures have witnessed him. Some have said that he protects the forest and aids it in every way he can, hence the name he's been given. Others say he's a roaming spirit, trying to find his purpose in others.

He's know for making younglings smile.Using his mark, he creates images that peel off the mask and move around to create joyous animated images. Such images he gives color to using the colored liquid that floats on the end of his tail.

Some fear him while most respect, feeling lucky if they are ever to see him or witness his magic.

Lush loves the summer, it is the time of year for travelling and swimming which are two of her favorite things. So summer is definitely her fave season.

Asked others to choose a random char from my site and Atsuko was chosen! Atsuko's favorite season would definitely be spring, a new beginning, the cherry blossoms, things coming back to life after a long winter.

Really, all my chars are stress relief chars, I just write about whoever I feel like writing about at that time which normally changes all the time with me.
