Finchwhisker yawned, stretching his lanky body, and looked over at Snapclaw as he entered the den. "Good afternoon Snapclaw." He murmurs, dipping his head before stepping out of the den.

He had a sinking feeling he knew why his sister was hurt too.
"Because she very well could die!" He snapped, immediately apologizing afterwards. "SorrelCloud, you're right. I should punish you, SnapClaw. You have been far too disrespectful lately for your own good. You will spend one week hunting for the elders, and you will be the last cat to get food from the fresh kill pile." With that he walked away, leaving the two cats, and headed on his original path, to his sister.


SagePaw

She awoke, super energetic, and annoying every other apprentice in the den. She glanced around, and bounced out of her den, calling her mentor's name. "TigerStep! What are we going to do today?" Her ear twitched when she heard her name called and she sprung up to follow behind her mentor on the patrol. She laughed, when suddenly a scent caught her nose. "TigerStep? What is that smell?" She asked her mentor and wrinkled up her nose at the odd scent of a rogue. "Yeah!" She said, and began sniffing around, her energy uncontainable. Suddenly, she heard a rush of grass, and she could smell SkyClan cats too. She bristled, and growled, "What are they doing here" to her mentor. "Ok, ok." She told her mentor. She yowled in pain as OriolePaw scratched her hind leg, and whipped around to nip his ear.

"It...wasn't that urgent." She meowed, her foot throbbing in disagreement. Knowing that BeetlePelt would find out anyways, and the whole clan knew she and her brother were sad about their sister's death, she decided to confide in him. "Can you keep a secret? I know I was supposed to stay in camp last night, as a vigil to SoaringFlower. But I went out to get the fox that killed her.. I.."Her words suddenly stopped, her side heaving with heavy breathing, and she passed out. When this happened, she rolled over to reveal her heavily bleeding belly. She lay there, completely unknowing of anything in a semi-conscious state. She could still feel pain, but not be able to understand why or where it was coming from. Nor could she understand voices of cats around her. She heard a muffled yowl of fear, and then SorrelCloud's exclamation, but just barely. Her ear twitched, and suddenly she lost all consciousness, drifting into a deep slumber.

His nose twitched and he stopped chasing the rogue, and noticed the scent of the WillowClan cats. He stumbled, and fell, when OriolePaw tripped him. The two cats started play-fighting.
Both cats stopped and looked ashamed when TigerStep exclaimed. They hid behind their mentors.

"Stop!" He commanded the two young apprentices. "We must be near the border.." he mumbled. "We don't want any trouble. C'mon, lets turn around before a fight sta-" but he was cut off by OriolePaw's screech as he jumped on SagePaw. "I... I don't know. We weren't supposed to be on your territory, but we were chasing off a rogue.." he meowed appologeticly. "I'm sorry." He dipped his head.


Whisper


Glad to have gotten away, she slunk to her nest on the WillowClan territory. She was lucky-none of the clan cats seemed to notice, nor care that she lived there.

He snarled, looking at his leader from across the clearing. He unsheathed his claws, walking towards the entrance of camp.

Tigerstep kept his gaze on the tom and stood in silence for a few heart-beats before speaking again. "I'll watch you leave our territory, then. Be lucky I don't claw your ears." He tore his gaze away and glanced at Sagepaw, tail swaying with concern."

Sorrelcloud whipped around and padded out of the camp, towards an old tree stump filled with cobwebs. She dug her paw in and swiped up a bundle of cobwebs before heading back to the camp, sighing softly.

Finchwhisker peaked over at Snapclaw, feeling a bit of sympathy for the cat. At least the punishment wasn't to bad. He seems like a good guy... Soon he looked towards the Medicine cat den, spotting Maplestar. He gently trotted over to him, dipping his head in respect. "What a nice afternoon.." He murmurs.
"The weather is just delightful, but .. uhm. I came to talk to you.." He whispered, beckoning to a spot a little further away from all the other cats, out of earshot.

The same fox that had killed their sister, SoaringFlower, the same fox that had killed her three kits, GoldKit, Petalkit, and LilyKit. Suddenly alerted to FinchWhisker's presence, he turned around and asked, "What is it?"
