1. slightly unfair to you, as your side is worth 9-11 09 rares, theirs adds up to 7-8 09 rares.
2. the kiss PPS is on the tier above the snowflake lion, and is overpay by itself. unfair to them.
3. their pets add up to 14-15 09 rares, your side is worth 15-18 09 rares. fair/slight overpay on your side.

My question is mostly about demand. what do you know demand wise of each of these, I already know they are under offering by about an '08 rare rarity wise since rat is a VR '08 and they offered 2 '09 rares worth.

I own many rare rats and couldn't trade them off so far. The '15 store pet is technically worth an early '10 rare, but can also fetch a '09 rare, so this is an offer I personally would take.

For the first trade, what they're offering doesn't add up to a non and for the second trade it is a massive overpay rarity wise, but demand wise both the Cucumber and the tribal are REALLY hard to trade off so personally, I wouldn't take it
