"Yeah. It was a lot of fun." Peter answered. His voice dropped to a dangerous growl. "Keep your hands off my sister." He turned and shut the door behind him.

Penelope rolled her eyes. "He can be a bit overprotective."

"Sure thing!" Thomas called after Peter, then looked back at Penelope, "A bit? He looked like he was going to rip my head off."

Sam closed her eyes, and sighed, singing along to her favorite song 'My Immortal' by Evanescence. (Really pretty song...)

Penelope laughed. "He would have."

Peter sat down on the couch and closed his eyes.

"Great!" Thomas said sarcastically, laughing.

Sam sighed, sliding off the bed, and slipping out of the bedroom. Her steps were almost noiseless as she made her way to the living room, where Peter sat. She sat beside him, "Wuz wong?" she asked in a baby voice.

Penelope leaned forward and kissed his cheek. "You should sleep. You look tired."

Peter looked at her and raised an eyebrow. "Nothing." He smiled.

Sam rolled her eyes, smiling, "Uh huh." she mumbled, "You positive?" she asked, turning to him, sitting cross-legged, and facing him on the couch.

Thomas nodded, "I haven't slept for days... the ghosts back at my apartment always want to talk." he chuckled, rubbing his eyes.

Penelope laughed quietly and pushed him back on the bed. "You can sleep here if you want."

Peter grinned. "Very much so."

Sam grinned back, her silver-blue eyes shimmering.

Thomas chuckled,"You sure I can?" he asked her, "I don't want your brother killing me."

Penelope laughed. "He'll have to get through me first." She rolled over and snuggled underneath the blankets.

Peter sat up and leaned forward. "So..why aren't you sleeping?"

"Not like I really can.." she shrugged, "Nightmares." she said, then decided to tease him, "I bet I'd sleep better if I had someone with me."

Thomas chuckled, already drifting, "Alrighty."
