Question: Is the artists discussion page open again? im going to start some concept sketches over in oekaki and want to know what i need to work on

I would recomend not doing it on the Oekaki, BECAUSE you will need to post it on another website later (WillowTea.com).
I suggest Sketch.io or FireAlpaca

I'm not creating linearts to use, i'm just doing study sketches that lineart artists can base their work off of.

Basic Synopsis;

WillowTea.com is a new site that's coming soon in December! It will be somewhat like Chicken Smoothie, with adoptable pets and items!

"Why is it called WillowTea?"

This is because the mascot created by WillowTea.com's founder, Cherry Leaf54, is a gray wolf. And it has a particular fondness for tea!

"Can I join when it's out?"

Of course! WillowTea is always looking for new players!

"I have some questions, who can I ask for help?"

The main person to send questions to is Blobbyfox!You can also ask the owners, Cherry Leaf54, Elite_Ninja_Squad, Blobbyfox, and Toffeedawq. You can also ask our head moderators, .mochi, Korbat, and Mysteriouss (me)! But, there are also a list of moderators and basic helpers who are always happy to help you listed here!

"I want to help! Who do I send my forms to?"

Great! The owners are the ones who help accepting the forms, so pm these guys for quickest replies! Cherry Leaf54 ( basic mod/helper forms! ), Elite_Ninja_Squad ( Roleplay moderator forms here! ), and Toffeedawq ( Artist forms! )

"Who are the mascots?"

The mascots chosen for WillowTea.com, are;
Willow - The main mascot - Gray doggo who loves tea!
Chia - Willows best friend - Brown tea doggo
