I would say fair.
A PPS dragon cat goes for about a low-mid advent and the husky a low advent (goes for overpay) and they have a nice store pet.

Both are definitely unfair since the cake dog is worth a Floppy Pink September & Candy Cane Horse and both trades are offering the worth of less than the lowest advent tier.

1. Grinner is worth 13-17 '09 rares so it's unfair.
2. A Zodiac is usually valued as a '09 rare so the sitting cat would be fair to the zodiac. A 2010 common is also worth a 2013 rare (1 2010 c = 2 2011 c = 1 2011 uc = 2013 rare) And the 3 recent rares only adds up to a little more than a 2015 rare.

how fair is this demand-wise? thankyou!

I usually see the speckled rat only going for a few advents, so I wouldn't take it. It's quite hard to get a rose pps out of it.

They are overpaying by rarity of course.
Personally, I wouldn't accept it because i'm not a fan of rats. If you're looking for this rat, then you should accept. If you're looking to trade up more, I think you'd be better off with the Rose pps

PPS Dragon Cat: Worth a low advent, sometimes a mid-advent depending on your trading partner
Pink Husky: About a mid-advent with demand
2013 Store pet: Worth a late 2009 rare

This is very unfair to them. Because 4 very commons are worth one common and they're offering two commons for a very common. You would have to add 7 more very commons
