The sleek black tom let Clearsight be examined in peace, well not really. He was standing outside of the den, his tail tip flicking impatiently. He had wanted to know how long she would be healing.

Cloudsmoke → 29 Moons → She-cat → Tags; Ashfeather, Maplepaw, Clearsight
The mostly white silver tabby curled her tail, glad that Ashfeather had fallen asleep. "Maplepaw, you applied the cobwebs perfectly." When Clearsight walked in, she turned, automatically scanning her for any injuries. As the warrior held back a cough, Cloudsmoke narrowed her eyes before poking her in her chest with her paw.

The pale gray tabby bit her tongue, her ears flattening at Mink. She definitely wasn't one for cats to randomly enter camp when she's never even seen them before. She huffed, wanting to say something snarky in response, but not wanting to disrespect the older she-cat. Instead of saying something she'd eventually regret, she turned to Jaggedbreeze, calmly asking. "Wanna go train our apprentices together after all of this?"

The blackish brown tabby tom had eventually found Minnowpaw with Manglepaw and a few cats he'd never met. At Minnowpaw's introduction to one of the loners, he flattened his ears, huffing almost silently. He had found them, but he was still where they couldn't see him, since he had wanted to know how the apprentices would deal with loners.

The brown and white tabby tom hadn't realized Cloudsmoke was speaking, until he had heard "get these cats out". He nudged Flame out of the den, beginning to head for Aridstar. I can only hope he'll be fine.

Clearsight

She coughed horribly and turned her head away from Cloudsmoke, she winced every time she coughed, her ears flattened back, she sucked in air and coughed again then started breathing steadily.


Mink

He meowed "Here i'll get the knot." He groomed her back and used his teeth to bite at the knot, he finally brushed it out and meowed "Your welcome" When she said thanks, Watching as Minnowpaw sat up he saw her eyes go towards the knot's location but it wasn't there.

Minnowpaw

She smiled and meowed "Wow... Your like some type of grooming master!" She nuzzeled his cheek and bounced to her paws, she was for some reason not as aggressive. Maybe it was because he seemed to soft to be mean to. She went over to the fresh-kill pile and grabbed a mouse.

Aridstar watched as a few cats gathered around her. This won't be enough. She cleared her throat and spoke up, "All cats 6 moons or older may join, but all apprentices will be there to keep watch and alert the warriors of danger. Not to fight the hawk." Her attention was caught by Hawktalon and a loner carrying a cats body on their back. Her eyes widened and she quickly said to the cats around her, "Excuse me." Aridstar headed for the medicine cats den, wondering what was up.

Jaggedbreeze watched her sister head to the medicine cats den. I wonder whats up. She heard a voice suddenly speaking to her and she whipped her head to face the she-cat, it was Silverholly. Jaggedbreeze nodded happily, it would be fun to take their apprentices out with them. She would mention that they can take their apprentices on the hawk patrol, but there was no way. So she kept it to herself. This happened to Jaggedbreeze very often, so she has become accustomed to it.

"Dear tummy, sorry about the butterflies.
It's not my fault. I swear. It's hers."

Owleyes snickered, "You almost let that word slip out of your mouth. You saved yourself at the last moment." He licked the top of Shadewing's head and smiled. His eyes caught attention of an unfamiliar cat, a loner. He noticed Hawktalon by the loners side and Ashfeather on their backs. Huh?

Flame felt Hawktalon nudge him to get out of the den, just like one of the cats requested. He looked at Ashfeather one more time, who was now sleeping. "Sleep well" he said quietly, even though he knew she couldn't hear him.
Flame stepped out of the den and immediately felt like her didn't belong here. He started panicking, wondering if he should leave.

Hazestrike kept alert in case the foul hawk came swooping back. He sat down by himself in the camp,
staring at the sky. He was disrupted by quick footsteps leading to the medicine cats den, along with the scent on an unfamiliar cat. He shot his gaze to the unfamiliar cat, and immediately he knew they meant no harm. This was well clear because of the way he was acting, not to mention he was carrying a clan mate on their back. Hazestrike realized the clan mate on his back was injured. He wanted to go check in on the injured cat, but he already saw cats heading to the medicine cats den, so he knew he would just be a bother.

The sleek black tom decided that he would of no use to anyone, and joined the hawk patrol. Noticing his half-sister with Jaggedbreeze, he haughtily walked past her. As he did so, he also hit her in the face with his tail. First Falconwing and Minnowpaw, now Jaggedbreeze and Silverholly. Of course, it's expected of Silverholly. She is the result of forbidden mates, after all. He thought rudely, not even caring as Silverholly blatantly glared at him, he just tuned her out.

The mostly white silver tabby curled her tail, glad that Ashfeather had fallen asleep. "Maplepaw, you applied the cobwebs perfectly." At Clearsight's coughing harshly, she ushered her into a nest, and went towards the herb stores. Honey, and catmint. I'll need to get some more honey soon. She padded over to the warrior, placing the herbs next to her. At Aridstar's appearance, she flicked an ear in greeting before speaking. "What brings you here?"

The pale gray tabby sent her a bright smile, before it was rudely interrupted by a tail in her face. She abruptly glared at her half-brother before calling him out on it. "Are you done acting like a kit?"

The blackish brown tabby tom narrowed his eyes at the loner, after Minnowpaw had complimented him. As she nuzzled his cheek, he frowned, feeling slightly hurt. So much for that. He thought bitterly, before turning away, accidentally breaking a twig. He began to walk back to camp, his tail dragging on the ground behind him.

The brown and white tabby tom cleared his throat, before turning to Flame. "Thank you, Flame. For helping carry Ashfeather back to camp."

Clearsight

She lay in a nest and took in all the honey and catmint Cloudsmoke gave her, she felt her chest and throat fell nice and relaxed, it was a delicious taste, she rested her head on her paws, waiting for anything Cloudsmoke needed to tell her.

Minnowpaw

Her ear twitched at a twig snapping, she sniffed and scented Falconwing, she gobbled up her prey and went racing towards him, she meowed "Where are you going? I was waiting for you to share some prey but you never came..." She pricked her ears in complete innocent curiosity.

Manglepaw

She watched the interaction between the two before Minnowpaw ran off. She turned her gaze back on Mink. "Sorry about earlier. Its just that my aunt used to tell me that loners would catch naughty kits and eat them. So I was wondering if it was true." She said as she sat down, curling her tail over her paws to hide her twisted one. "I've always wanted to meet a loner though! I bet its great being able to go to different places and seeing what its like! All I know is this marsh."

Mink

He was looking at a stone on the ground and when she finished he looked her directly in the eye and meowed "Oh... I'm not a loner. Me and my siblings grew up in the alley ways for around ten to eleven moons? Then we became kittypets and our new siblings Sugar..." He paused and then started again "He was six moons and he got hit by a monster that broke every bone on one half of his body..." He looked at his paws, remembering the loud crack, the dark night as the lights of the monster showed the crushed half body of Sugar, no longer the bouncy joyful kit he was anymore... The rain pounding on the ground. He shook his head unsteadily and meowed "He was a joyful kit and it hurt a lot to see him so... Blank..."

Manglepaw

"Oh! I am so sorry!" She said as she hesitated before moving closer to let her tail gently rest on his back to try and comfort him. "He didn't deserve to have that happen." She wasn't sure how to comfort him as she didn't know this sugar but it was a sad story. "I know what its like to lose someone. My mother died after she gave birth to me so my aunt took care of me. She got really sick and passed away when I was five moons old." She lightly nudged Mink's shoulder with her head. "But Robinpaw always says that we should keep them in our thoughts and it's like they are still here with us."

Mink

He smiled and meowed "Thanks..." His tail was a little close to hers and he was dying to twine it with hers, the instant he saw her he couldn't believe he could let go, even if she never would like him the way he did with her he'd be anything that she wants him to be. He sighed "I guess your right. But our parents didn't exactly hang with us much, mother acted as if she hated us and almost always picked on me. It was pretty terrible but also great with my siblings there. we endured every second and acted as if it was the best moments of our life."

Manglepaw

"Well I won't pick on you and if Aridstar lets you stay then we could be able to train together." She said brightly. So far she was really liking Mink as he was nice and friendly, not at all what she imagined loners would be. Hopefully they would be able to stay and join the clan. "You would love it! We all get mentors and they show you the territory and train you. They teach us how to hunt and fight!" She stood up, dropping into a hunters crouch and waved her tail in the air behind her.
