Neptunas (or Neps) are cat-like creatures that are filled completely with water. Their organs are integrated in the water similarly to cells, but they are sentient like humans. Inside them are goldfish, but sometimes the fish may vary in species, and on rare occasions, some may not have fish at all! (A heart-shaped "window" is located on Neps' chests where the fish and water can be seen.) Neptunas developed fins and fish tails and most enjoy spending time around water. They are omnivores and each enjoy different foods.
Stingfish are an alien species that are similar to sting rays, electric eels and even jellyfish by the fact that they give a shock from their tail and tusks. They use electricity to stun predators and prey from both the strange tusks on their heads and the tip of their tails. Stingfish don't have genders, but often people set pronouns for them. StingFish can survive for around a day without water to be in.They can be anywhere from 15x15cm to 30x30cm in length and can be kept as pets, but be warned that they have been known to develop complex feelings and personalities. They'll also sting you if you make them feel threatened or take them out of water.
They can be found on every planet, and they can even travel through space without any kind of ship.
No one knows exactly how, but until today they have remained completely undetected by mankind's technology.. maybe they wanted to be found...?
These snakes are your typical royal pythons (Python regius) and they come in a variety of morphs that are found in real life royals.
Mercats are aquatic felines with long, powerful tails. They are roughly the size of house cats when their tails are not taken into account. They spend most of their time underwater, but they can breathe air and will surface to enjoy the sun. They are sapient and form their own societies, building villages on the ocean floor, often near coral reefs. They can and will wear clothes and accessories, but it is just as normal to see mercats that aren't wearing anything. Mercats are often found with harmless mutations, some rarer than others. They can be any number of colors and patterns.
Alchemy Wolves were created when a Magician was attempting to make potions, but instead, a wolf-like creature popped out of his cauldron! After realizing it had special powers, the magician decided he liked the little pup, and decided to create more. Each new pup had different powers from the last, and they ended up all looking quite different. Four distinct types were created - Necromancer type, Magic type, Elemental type, and Celestial type. Eventually, the Magician decided to call these strange new creatures Alchemy Wolves.
On June seventh, year two-thousand and six, an earthquake caused an oil mine in Southeast Asia to collapse. It buried thousands of workers. Natural gas leaked from the split in the earth, forcing the population to evacuate. Of those who stayed, many died. Then emerged the Hounds.
Skin like charred stone, cracked and flaking, their insides burning white hot. If we had imagined anything to live under the Earth's crust, it was not this. We humans so often fear what we cannot predict, what we cannot understand... Guns were fired. Soldiers from overseas moved in on the assumed threat, blasting iron into the burning hearts of the Hounds. When a Hound fell, molten rock spilled from it's wounds, destroying all in it's path. The core of a Hound stayed hot for days, scorching the earth beneath it. One violent death caused so much destruction, and still we did not learn our lesson. Hundreds were slaughtered, and miles of land burned beneath the bodies of the beasts.
We humans feared for our lives. We could not fight without bringing disaster upon ourselves. What if the Hounds decided to fight back? This would not stop until someone stepped forth.
Fortunately, someone did.
The fighting ceased. The Hounds remained passive. And then, one approached a small village. The humans were petrified, but the Hound simply stared; simply waited. It waited, and waited, for two whole days and two whole nights. Until, one evening, the sun glowing crimson against the ashen clouds, a woman stepped up. She stood in front of the beast, and before her eyes, it changed. A canine, with body and fur like any other. The eyes were the only things that did not become another; they remained blank. No pupil, no shine. Just a coloured sphere. Many questions had to yet be asked, but one thing was certain; these Hounds were not the
monsters we thought they were.
