This event pertains to child-like Dragon Puffs and the ability to interact with them on the beach!
This event is beach related, but the "Quest" Mini-game is involved with the community itself and requires
you to ask/look around the community to answer questions. This event is more so to get people active
again, and have some fun.

and yeah, if I find time there will be a special adopt and a store.
