Sorrelsong slowly opened her eyes, finding herself in a tree branch next to the lake. Her tail dropped down from the branch as she sat up, remembering what she had done in the morning. She went hunting before the dawn patrol went out, and had fallen asleep where she was. She noticed a tom nearby, and quickly noticed him as Wolf. She shook her head and didn't move.

Tigerstrike padded out of the warriors den and stretched. She let out a yawn as she perked up, noticing Oakstorm. She trotted over to him. "Hi, Oakstorm! How's Willowsong doing?"

He whimpered slightly,dreaming

Sorrelsong rolled her eyes. He always whimpers, she murmured to herself as she slid down the tree.

His claws were digging into the ground and his fur was bristling

Oakstorm was cleaning his fur, as it had been dirty from his morning's hunt. He saw Tigerstrike approach him from the corner of his eye, and quickly burst up to greet her. "She's doing great, as well as her kits. Three beautiful, sparkling little furballs." He purred, his paws kneading the ground as he thought of his kits. His tail twitched back and forth eagerly, his energy obviously surging.
