Beetlepelt -- Medicine Cat -- Open

Beetlepelt awoke from her slumber, stretching out her body as she felt the sun on her fur. She padded out from the medicine cat's den and into the center of the clan territory, watching as the rest of the clan began to stir.

He awoke from his slumber, shaking clumps of dried moss from his pelt. He saw the first rays of dawn gleaming through the Willow branches that hung over his den. He pushed through them, and found himself a small mouse from the fresh kill pile.

She awoke, super energetic, and annoying every other apprentice in the den. She glanced around, and bounced out of her den, calling her mentor's name. "TigerStep! What are we going to do today?"


FawnLeap

She glanced around groggily, forgetting for a second that she had just the other night been battling a fox, in vengeance for her sister. She left the den, trying not to moan in pain as her cut started to bleed again, and her left paw throbbed in pain. "BeetleWhisker, I-" She was cut off as he asked her what happened. "There was a rouge." She collapsed as her foot could not hold her weight anymore. She hoped her lie was good enough to fool the medicine cat. No one needed to know her reckless excursion last night to avenge her sister's death.

She jumped as the she-cat approached her, noticing the cut on Fawnleap's foot. "Oh, Fawnleap! That looks bad." She quickly helped her into the medicine cat's den, making sure the cut foot made as little contact with the ground as possible. She lay Fawnleap down on a nest as she began to gather the herbs she needed. "Here, have some marigold. It will ward off infection. How long have you had this cut for?" She spoke quickly as she pushed a small pile of petals in front of Fawnleap.
