Upon feeling him move below her, Breeze resisted the urge to run away. She flinched as she felt him barely brush her stomach with his hind paws. Watching Rex speak, Breeze shook her head slightly. "Do not want to hurt you," Though she doubted she would be able to, she didnt want to take chances. Her hind paws were shaking slightly as she slowly rolled onto her back.

Saber thought for a moment, "I too trust you boundlessly" Saber replied as serious as she had ever been.

Darkness smiled slightly. She curled her tail around her paws gently and watched the trainees. The wind was blowing softly over the cliff, and the slight breeze was wonderful. "I should probably help them out soon. However, I want to watch their fighting styles first," she meowed.

He cocked his head sideways slightly, trying to understand. He couldn't teach her if she was afraid of wounding him, it wouldn't do. He sighed gently, and tried to figure out what to do. For the time being, he simply said, "You won't hurt me."

Wincing, Breeze nodded and lowered her upright paws that had previously prevented him from pinning her. "Alright.." She meowed softly, tail flicking nervously.

Rex nodded, placing his paws very gently on her shoulders. He couldn't afford to hurt her, she was the other healer after all. "Don't hold back, give me everything you've got. I've been through this everyday of my life for the last six moons, so I'm used to it. Just let me know if I'm pushing too hard on your shoulders," he said to Breeze. "After this, we probably should head to our nests, it's getting a bit late," he added.

She nodded, looking to the side to gaze at the sun setting in the scarlet sky. It was beautiful. Then, she turned her head back to stare at him and hesitated; before sending a mediocre blow to his stomach with her hind paws. It wasnt hard enough to push him off, but it wasnt too weak. Breeze had some muscles, somewhere in there. However, she was not built to fight and carry strength. She was built to help her clan mates- and that was what she loved to do. No matter that, she still enjoyed being able to learn from Rex. The deaf apprentice felt that it helped her expand a little bit, and she didnt mind it at all.

Rex felt the blow to his stomach. It was quite good for a first try, and he was glad she hadn't pulled away in fear of hurting him. "All right then, that's enough for one day. We should get to bed," he said as he began up the rocks to his den.

Darkness yawned as the trainees began coming back to camp. "All right then, I guess it's time for bed," she sighed. She walked to her den and curled up in her soft nest.

Echo

Echo padded into the fighters' den on quiet feet. She curled up in her nest, tail resting on her nose. She fell asleep wondering what Sunstorm was doing, along with the little calico she hadn't seen since birth. Echo figured the tiny she-kit was probably an apprentice now, and wondered what her mate had named the kit anyways.

Nodding, Breeze smiled and nuzzled his cheek for a moment before nodding and meowing a happy 'good night'. I wonder where Saber is, she thought, quietly padding into the medicine den and plopping down in her soft nest. The shecat lay unusually sprawled out- she didnt sleep in the usual curl as others did, though she could. The apprentice then drifted off, thinking about the day and wishing she could hear the sound of crickets.

Rex yawned and stretched as he woke up. It was a new day, and he wasn't sure what to do first. For now, he walked out into the sun and sat down, heat warming his fur. He looked around for signs of life, but saw nobody else coming out of the trainee den.

Darkness flicked her tail as she got up. She stretched her lean muscles, and walked out into the open air. She leapt up onto Big Rock, hoping to see any approaching cats. She scanned the perimeters and noted Rex sitting by the trainee den.

Echo woke up with a huge yawn. She sat up to groom her messed up fur, and looked around the fighters' den tiredly before walking out into the open air.
