The sleek black tom got to his paws once she had went after the rabbit. At her challenge, he huffed before automatically taking off towards the river. While she was hunting, he was fishing. He had went back to their previous spot with four fish, and a minnow, it took a while mostly because the fish kept slipping out of his jaws but he made it there. "Ever try fishing?"

The blackish brown tabby tom wound up on the ground, but he got back to his paws. "You've definitely got it. So much work, but the result is what you wanted."

Hawktalon → 14 Moons → Tom → Arranged Mate: Ashfeather → Tags; Ashfeather, Flame
The brown and white tabby tom gave the loner a small glance, before turning his gaze back to Ashfeather. "Hawktalon." He replied quickly, his paws itching for them to get back to camp so Ashfeather could heal.

Clearsight

She meowed "Umm yeah... Didn't turn out well.... Heh..." She mewed "Burry the prey and i'll try to fish." She waited for him then set of to a river, she saw a fish and pounced on it and grabbed it in her paws, it slapped her in the face with its tail and she wailed In surprise and it leaped out of her grasp, she pounced after it and ended up splashing into the deeper end, she tried to keep her nose above water right when she realized she was being carried with the current, it got stronger as she swam or drifted? She began pulling back and she flailed to get back to land, she grasped onto a slipper rock and pulled herself onto it, coughing out water she saw the rocky land to her side where Nightsky was and she leaped, the moment she knew it was to far she felt her heart skip a beat, her fear struck her like a talon in the heart, she fell back in the water and hit her head going back to remembering when she had met her first crush, he was a lighter black than Nightsky with brown eyes, she remembered how he smiled at her... so pure... Then she went to see him one day and he was with another she-cat, his smile was so overjoyed, his tail twined with hers, Clearsight screeched, the tears of anger coming to her like waves, he looked at her and he tried to help her and say he was sorry but she got mad enough to claw him on the face, she turned her back and padded off, to sit in her backyard and gaze up at the stars, she broke down and he came up to her fence and jumped over to come sit by her but her claws slid out and she leaped at him, he dodged but she ripped her claws down his shoulder, chasing him with all her anger, he stumbled and at some point stopped as she had, her fur prickled and she spat things at him, she opened her eyes to see grass softly sway, her pelt wet, her eye dull and blank, she began to cry, those memories she wished to hide... She coughed out water and lay there waiting for something... Someone...


Minnowpaw

She smiled purring her tail raised confidently, she padded past him smoothly meowing "Of course i'm better at fighting than you." She meowed "Come to the river, I want to wash off." She walked far downstream and saw a cats body, she meowed "Oh starclan!" She raced across the stretch between her and the cat, she saw the blank expression on Clearsight's face, she meowed seeing the bruise on her ankle and the bruise on her back "She hit some rocks, hit one on her back and slammed her wrist into one, she poked Clearsight on the bruised areas and she breathed "Oh... good... It's not broken..." She muttered "She's been... Crying..." She crouched and prodded Clearsight, Clearsight reacted with a cough of water and then Minnowpaw pressed hard on her belly and made clearsight puke out a pool of water, she mumbled "Clearsight's way to clumsy." She meowed "Cant carry her to camp or else it will hurt her so..." She saw a twig and picked it up and poked clearsight on the neck and clearsight lifted her paw to quick for Minnowpaw to see and the twig snapped, Minnowpaw dropped it and meowed "Oh, uh sorry..."

Ashfeather

Ashfeather could feel herself losing energy. Her wounds stung and her legs shook as she leaned heavily on Flame. "I hope to see you again Flame." She splattered, eyelids heavy and closing. "I'm sure I'll find you.." She slumped to the ground.

Aridstar looked at the cats gathered in camp. She called out "If you would like to join the patrol to kill the hawk, gather around. You must be a warrior." Aridstar sat down, waiting to see if cats would want to join.

Jaggedbreeze slumped over to Aridstar. If she got in the patrol, it would at least give her something to do. She was much better at tracking down animals than killing them, so she could have some use in the patrol if she was given the role to find it. Jaggedbreeze sat down a few tail lengths away from her sister and curled her tail around her paws.

Owleyes spoke without thinking, as he usually did, "Whoever you get paired up with, won't be disappointed. After all, you are really pretty and fun to hang out with. So don't think about it too hard!" He gave a big smile and laid down. The warm sun felt good, but this may be the last warm day. Leafbare will be coming any day now, and its beginning to be hard to find prey. There was a day, not too long ago, where the ground was covered in a light frost.

Flame nodded at Hawktalon "My name is-" He stopped when Ashfeather said 'flame.' "Thats right, and I hope to see you again too." he meowed, but suddenly Ashfeather started falling. "Ashfeather" he called to her before she reached the ground. He prodded her gently and quickly turned his head to Hawktalon "We need to get her to the camp as soon as possible." Flame wasn't sure how they would get her back to camp though. They could drag her by her scruff, or try to carry her body between or on top of the two of them.

Shadewing's heart fluttered. "You really think so?" she mewed, settling herself down beside Owleyes. "Thanks," she mumured, brushing her muzzle against his. "A-And I'm sure whoever you get paired up with will be excited, too. What's not to lo- erm, like about you?" she asked, flattening her ears in embarrassment as she nearly slipped up on her words. Stretching out her small body, Shadewing let the warm sun shine down on her tabby fur, relishing the rays of heat and light.

The sleek black tom simply assumed Clearsight would be fine fishing alone. He obviously assumed wrong, when he went looking for her and found her on the shore of the river with Minnowpaw and Falconwing. Please tell me she's okay.

The blackish brown tabby tom stuck his tongue out at Minnowpaw when she said she was better at fighting than he was. He followed her down to the river, noticing Clearsight on the shore. Noticing Nightsky, he nudged Minnowpaw, and whispered. "Maybe we should leave them be. I think he'll manage to get her back to camp.

The brown and white tabby tom nodded to his statement, before grabbing Ashfeather by her scruff and putting her half on Flame's back and the other half on his. "Let's go."

Minnowpaw

She grumpily mumbled "Fine." She stomped away and sat down her back to Clearsight, she blew on a plant and meowed "Ooh! Falconwing!" She saw a big bright flower and looked at it in awe, she whispered "It's so pretty!" It was a soft bright pink, with some streaks of darker and lighter color of pink, she meowed "It's beautiful..." She couldn't help but smile, she pawed falconwing and yipped "Your it!" She ran off, leaping over a fallen tree she swiftly turned a corner then hid behind a bush hoping her passed by her.


Clearsight

She wanted to move more, begged even, but hitting that stick was all she could do for now, she felt so weak... Her body felt paralyzed almost, she tried to tell herself to get up but it wont happen, to think of Nightsky but she can only think of her former mate who she absolutely hates, its hard and painful and irritating. She felt more water push up on her through and she vomited more water, oddly it was only water, she wondered how she swallowed so much but she could care less. She finally up the strength to mutter "Nightsky?..."

The sleek black tom gave Clearsight a worried look before she spoke, unsure of what to do. When she said his name, he raised his head and gave her a lick on her cheek unconsciously. "I'm here."

The blackish brown tabby tom brightened, before noticing her look to the flower. Hm. I need to remember that. "Hey, that's not fair!" He called out, chasing after her.

The brown and white tabby tom nodded to his statement, before grabbing Ashfeather by her scruff and putting her half on Flame's back and the other half on his. "Let's go." All he could feel was a twinge of guilt from not going out and looking for her automatically, but he kept off his features.

Clearsight

She coughed out another gulp of water then her belly felt empty, she had felt something on her side for a while and for the first time in what felt like ages she sat up but extremely slow and a couple stumbles, what was on her side was a fish, she laughed softly "I told you i'd catch one..." She touched his nose with hers purring "I love you Nightsky." She pulled back meowing "You wanna share with me?"

Minnowpaw

She came out of her hiding spot and was sneaking but it was right in front of Falconwing she yipped "You cheated!" for some reason that's all she could think of saying.

Flame allowed Hawktalon to place part of the she-cats body on his back. He headed for camp,
being able to find his way to it only by the scent of the cats and the help of Hawktalon by him. He could hear the sounds of cats talking grow louder and louder, to the point he could pick up their conversations.
