I'm all alone now. Why did you have to leave Lilypool? Breezefire cried. What if I fail everybody's expectation? She was very worried what problem would come up that she would fail. As she climbed out of her nest, she saw the body of her former leader. Tears sprang from her face and she cried the fattest tears that she ever had. no. No. NO. Not my leader. EVERYBODY THAT I NEED IS GONE! Why? Why did me and my clan do? Why do we deserve this?

Sneezecloud woke up in the appr- no, the warrior's den! He couldn't believe he was a warrior now! He walked outside, a bounce in his step, still proud of the fact a moon later.

Antnose, woke up, she yawned as she looked around the den. She was the deputy now. She always believed she would be the deputy someday, but she didn't expect to come so soon. It was a shock when the found Gingerstar's body. And nobody knows who the killer will attack, if they don't find them soon.

Dustpaw bristled in outrage, standing up and glaring
at Lynxstar. 'How could it have been Dandelionpaw?
She's in the apprentice den every night!'
He hissed, standing next to the pale
pelted she-cat. She was shuffling
awkwardly, hating all the condemning
eyes on her. Lifting her head, she put
on the most uncaring look she could
and spoke. 'F-fine. I'll leave. But it
wasn't me! You're making a mistake.'
With a glance at the two newest
warriors, a look filled with regret and
longing, she turned and forced her paws
to move her forwards. Dustpaw stood
in front of her. 'Dandelionpaw.' He began,
but she cut him off. 'I can't stop your
training for me.'
'I don't care. We've always hunted
together, always trained together. I'm
going with you.'
Dandelionpaw nodded, and the two
apprentices left camp together, quickly
being swallowed up by the darkness.
Your second pair and your apprentices are gone!

Brookkit was lying in his nest, silently thinking.
He hadn't left much since the killings had
begun, but regular visits from the killer
had made him relaxed around them. He
blinked, looking up as they approached
him. 'Hello, Brookkit. You're nearly an
apprentice, aren't you?'
Brookkit nodded, sitting up. 'Come with
me then. I'll give you an extra-special
short tour of the territory - I need to be
out and get something anyway.'
'I don't really want to leave...'
'Maybe you'll find something for Galecloud.
And won't she be proud when she finds out
her kit has gone and helped me already!'
Brookkit was a little cautious, but he got
up and followed them anyway. He didn't
know why.
It was very quiet, with only a soft breeze
ruffling the two cats' fur.
Brookkit noticed some bright berries on a
bush. 'Brookkit, wait here, I need to get
something.' the killer walks through the
bushes and disappears.
Pulling some berries down, Brookkit sniffed
them. 'Are these safe?' he asked, looking
around, but he was alone. He shrugged.
Surely they'd be fine?
The term 'deathberries' drifted through his
mind, but he shrugged it away. The berries
were good! Galecloud would love them...
The killer comes back to see Brookkit
convulsing on the ground, berries scattered
around him and foaming at the mouth.
Wide eyes, panic sets in and they run,
their tail whacking against a tree in their
panic. 'StarClan I'm sorry!' they thought
'Did you abandon me because of Finchpelt?
I'm sorry!'
Brookkit is dead.
