Considering Niial LOVES to bake, it would be a huge bakers festival! It wouldn't be a competition but would rather be a large tasting convention. Anyone can try anything they want, learn more about baking, or just show up to bring your food!
Plus, he loves the color pink! Everything decor wise would most likely be pink or pastel. Oh and flowers!! Roses and daisies are his absolute favorite.
For the birthday surprise it would just be all of his friends! Growing up home schooled he didn't have many friends so the ones he has as an adult are extra special to him

Shuga was always spoiled, treated with all he ever could want, something that any sima alike would only dream of,
but for Shuga, it was always the same old thing over again, just with new surprises. This eventually got boring for Shuga as he got older,
he needed something else, a birthday which he could only dream of, but to others, it was easily accessible. Shuga felt like he was too spoiled and he needed a change, though everyone keeps on doing the same thing, Shuga needed to find a way to get everybody to make the party as he would like it, and then he got an idea, he needed to talk to the master of exploits, Miana.
As he knocked on her door, Mia groaned and asked Shuga what he was doing, as Miana sloppily chewed Candy drool, which kind of grossed Shuga out but who could he blame for another Sima's Quirk, he just told Mia he wanted to get everybody to stop throwing his birthday for him, he didn't care if he was well known or anything anymore, he just wanted to throw his own party for once, but he didn't want to let anyone down, He told Miana about the problem and then she just kicked him out of the house and ran, Shuga sighed "It was worth a try right?" and Shuga went back home, Being a known actor was hard for Shuga especially when his birthday is a holiday in his town, or at least to him, although it was actually a crazy thing organized by his crazy fans. Even if he was not a movie actor, Shuga never understood such nonsense, it was eventually night and he saw someone, who wanted him to follow him, He ended up in front of a cave, the crystals were like stars to Shuga and now he remembered, he told Miana about a cave he used to go to when he was little, He went into the cave with his tail crystal glowing at full power and and looked further in as he eventually found himself looking at the prettiest view as he sat and looked at the stars, he brought cupcakes out and shared it with everyone, it was truly the best party for Shuga, he thanked Mia, who was sitting waiting for shuga before he came, for doing this and left, although every year they see again, for another party. Since that party, Shuga didn't think his Crazy fans were so crazy anymore.

Azúcars perfect birthday party involves making rock candy with his friends, and decorating their own cupcakes. He makes all the frosting himself with a recipe his grandmother taught him involving powdered sugar - which gets everywhere. He's been having parties like this since he was a kit, and he refuses to stop even though his friends have started to insist he's too old to be playing around like a kit.

His birthday parties are still as fun, although they've become smaller as he gets older - his friends have gotten tired of his childish nature and want him to grow up. However, he refuses, and in a show of stubbornness he continues to have his ideal birthday parties, even when it's not his birthday!
