So I'm still practicing different angles and stuff and I added the pose ref at the top so you could see why his shoulders are uneven, then after seeing the (almost) full body pose ref and his face it made me think of a class photo or something.
This drawing turned out even worse than the last one..... but at least the eyes are even!
