little moon catl is finished, and awaiting approval. scales are at 75% transparency, normal layer type.
inspired mostly by my water shoes but also a bit by my cat.
this catl is some sort of spell-caster. the left paw-pad has over time received a moon & stars from holding their wand (left-pawed), they can only do their magic with this wand in paw. their spells are rather weak, not allowing for very much. this catl makes various trinkets, such as starlight in a jar and moon-dust necklaces.
