Lilypool saw the elders were still sleeping and tiptoed out of the elders den and back to her den. Glancing around, she frowned. "Seems we're missing a few cats," she murmured.

Breezefire walked retreated to her den and sorted the new herbs that she collected yesterday. "Seem's like the dock is always depleted." she sighed. "Should I get more?" she asked Lilypool.

Pikestream woke just as the medicine cat had left; she caught, from the edges of her vision, Lilypool's tail vanishing out the elders' den. Yawning, Pikestream took a while to actually get to her feet; mostly because she was reluctant to leave the coziness of her nest. The elder ambled out, tasting the air and looking around more carefully to accommodate her failing ears.

She headed towards the nursery—a typical visit in the mornings. Ducking her head under the entrance, she purred as she saw her daughter and grandkits. "'Morning," Pikestream mewed warmly. "How are the kits, Galecloud? And how's your mate? He better be bringing you fresh-kill every sunrise—that's the proper way to treat a new mother." She was partially teasing in tone, and gave a soft smile to the kits.

Spiderstream blinked his eyes open. He shook himself, then started grooming his un-groomed fur. "When did my fur get so messy?" He said, licking harder. When he was done, he padded out of camp to see everyone seemingly worried.

dandelionpaw woke with a huge yawn and blinked her eyes a couple times to clear her vision. None of the other apprentices were awake yet. Typical. The young she-cat bounced to her paws and trotted out of the den, heading toward her mentor Spiderstream when she spotted him. "Good morning, Spiderstream!" she chirped. "Will we be training today?"
