Mist looked up upon hearing the vi=oice, notivicing Jasmine and Arsenic. She gave them a faint, half-hearted smile though she did not say a word.
One of the nightmares noticed and went to pounce, but with a simple look from Mist the creature backed away and went about it's business elsewhere.

Arsenic licked Mist's face. Jasmine smiled."Do you speak? If you like you could write down what you want to say."

Mist, though a little caught off guard when Arsenic licked her, did not react negatively. She looked to Jasmine as she spoke, and glanced around nervously, as if to be sue thet surely nobody was watching or even around.
"...No, I... I do speak..." She murmered quietly in her soft, melodic voice. The sound of her speech even caused the nightmares to halt for a moment,

"Oh, well. Sorry about Arsenic."

Mist simply shook her head. "..It's fine..." She murmered. She wasn't used to speaking since she didn't do it very often,. No wonder people thought she was mute.
However, Mist couldn't understand why this Jasmine girl was taslking to her. Nobody ever did that. Everyone was tyoo scared

Jasmine looked at her confused. "Why do you always have Crow?"

"Because he has power over me.." She murmered. "And if I don't talk, someone has to..." It had taken her a while to think of the words and even then she seemed reluctant to speak.

"How? I guess I should stop asking questions..."

Mist, who by now had done more than enough talking, merely shrugged and fell silent, shifting her gaze elsewhere across the nightmare infested land.
