the reason i never really post anymore is i'm finally done collecting OCs at least for the next little while. i haven't had any connection to my current babes even my sonas, so i would like to rehome them. i have a lot of Toothphaste/Vinnieston/Vinston designs and art with them!

It's been a long time since I've posted. I haven't had much time to give love to my ocs, sadly, but I did crank out this drawing of my little Lunaci while messing around with a new art program.



I was thinking about trying to draw some things from the DCAY thread with Lunaci here as my baby for other people to draw, but I feel like people wouldn't want to XD I'm the only person who thinks he's fun to draw.

Haven't been able to post much lately because of exam stuff, but after this week I will be free from school for a few months, so I will be more active here!

Ehh, Achran and Freeta both abhor getting wet. Lyra hates strangers. Can't think of anything else right now.

None at the moment since internet doesn't exsist

Oh, all the time. Homes are the base of operations. Martin and Lily live in a grand old mansion type house that Martin 'inherited'
a bunch of the gang live in this... oriental palace, sorry my brian's fried right now.

Yes, yes I do, but I haven't really done anything with them as of yet. The main two species I've adopted from are Hazard cats and Delta Velorun foxes. Too lazy to dig up the forms and stuff.

Heh, anthros. The bulk are crazy talking animals. I guess humans would be the least or ginjkas since I have 0 of them

Ehh, I don't think about palettes too much or markings. I suppose I prefer either totally natural or natural with unnatural markings.



This took forever it felt like, with the piano and constant inttruptions, but it's Wesley playing the piano and Townly and Viper dancing.

Mei-li recognized the sweet soft voice Rowan was using. It was the same tone Jon-tai and Aurora had used when they wanted something from her, but thought she might deny them if they used their regular voices.

"What do you need, Rowan?" She replied, setting down her small spade and turning around.

He beamed shyly up at her and motioned for her to lean to his level.
She smiled as she knelt, but it was more of a knowing twist of her lip than pure amusement.

He scrambled up onto her lap and leaned towards her ear.
Flinging his arms around her neck in a tight hug, he whispered
"I... I love you Mom."
and pecked her ear.

Before she could react, he slipped off her lap and dashed away towards his toys by the wall.

Mei-li stared after him, her fingers brushing against her ear, a soft glow spread at the edges of her face.

Do you have any character 'dreams'? Not necessarily dream characters, but a goal you'd like to achieve? Getting a certain species, reaching a certain amount of development?
A lot of them. I'd love to finally name and give everyone an in-depth personality and detail sheet since almost every single one lacks a detailed personality right now and it kills me.
It's also a dream to get a fooling someday as they're one of my favorite species currently//
and I dream of a day where I can draw characters as often as some people around here do. I'm so jealous/envious of all the art and development people put into their characters.

Is there anything that inspires you most when creating characters? Either writing or designing them. Music? Other people's characters? a good movie? Certain people?
Sometimes a palette will give me inspiration on it's own. My dreams every once in awhile provide me with something nice to use but usually I kind of just pull things out of nowhere??

Do you tend to turn to certain characters based on what mood you're in? Are some your 'happy' characters? Sad characters?
Angry/frustrated ones? Is there a reason why?
Any characters I do turn to like this usually have overwhelming personalities that reflect the mood I'm in.
Like 3D's forms. He has a sad and angry form as well as very aggressive.
Kambrin would be my happy go lucky draw whenever bab\
etc, etc.

Is there something you look forward to in the future regarding characters? A custom you're waiting on? A great art piece?
A nursery batch (Cute babies!)?
I'm waiting on a pretty good chunk of art from quite a few people. I always look forward to art.

Do you own a species? Did you buy it or create it? Is it something that's a part of your character world or in an independent one that others can use?
I do, but I haven't gotten them up and running yet because I suck at actually finishing up the lines and all that bologna.

Probably April since she's a major in graphic arts and a minor in computer programming

I think I've really only thought of April's, and basically, she'd just live in a studio apartment and spend most of her time in her plainly decorated, but stylish living room. she doesn't currently have the money to decorate the way she'd like to but everything is fairly modern.
