Unfair to you. They would have to add another 2010 rare for it to be fair.

So, my sister has an old account she doesn't use. Would it be fair if she gave her old pets/items to me? We were trying to trade last night, but we kept getting the "stop" message about fair trades.

Sometimes no. No more than 1 account. She could share the pets, or not give them away. You could also leave a message in the trade rules saying that. (It might get her banned for having more than 1 account?)

When I say "old account" I mean she only ever had one account and now doesn't use it. Sorry, I should have made that more clear.

I still need some advice on this.

They're overpaying. Demand wise a cheshire usually goes for a mid/low advent. If you value it at a mid advent, it's unfair to the top because you would be giving them 9-10 '09 rares, which could get you a tier 9 on the advent list, and they're only trading you a tier 7. Rarity wise it tremendously unfair to the top, the cheshire is only worth an '09 rare while a dark wood is worth 3-4. Also a tier 7 goes for 7-8 '09 rares, so they would be overpaying by 3-4 '09 rares.
