Sometimes no. No more than 1 account. She could share the pets, or not give them away. You could also leave a message in the trade rules saying that. (It might get her banned for having more than 1 account?)
When I say "old account" I mean she only ever had one account and now doesn't use it. Sorry, I should have made that more clear.
