it's fair because your pet is worth 3-4 09 rares (its on the bottom tier of the advent list) and their side is worth 3 09 rares + a little more than a 2011 rare ^^

a lot of people spread rumours about the "terrible demand of the grinner," but in my experience they do go for fair trades - it may take you a while though. I've owned a grinner myself and I got a tier swap for it.

the gap between your high advent and the grinner is 3-5 09 rares so they are overpaying ^^

personally though I'd keep the advent as I'm much more fond of it than the grinner, but that's my personal preference. you may value your pets as you want.
