Unfair to you. Their dog is an '09 re-release, worth 2 '09 rares. Therefore just your 3 very rare store pets (worth a '10 rare each) and the '15 re-release dog (from early '10), would be fair enough.

Personaly I wouldn't accept it 'cuz it's overpay by worth on your side. Don't know anything about demands of this 2 pets, so get a second opinion.

Not very fair, you're overtrading a bit. The older the pet is, the more it's worth, and as far as I know neither of them have any special demand. I probably wouldn't accept it.

It's unfair to you, since your store pet is older. I believe a '13 store pet is worth about a mid '09 rare now,
and '12 store pets would be worth about an early '09 rare. I could be wrong, though, so please do get another opinion on what the store pets are worth now. However, this is definitely unfair to you simply because your pet is older.
