I'd have them definitely lower the quantity of pets on their side, and instead trade a smaller amount of rarer pets. It's really hard to figure out what their side is worth because of how many pets there are.

Sunback is 5 nons and cinnabon is 1. So you would need to add 4 nons.

The sunback is actually worth 2 nons, but with greedy demand, it can go up to 5. It really depends on the user and how much they value the sunback. I've seen the sunback go for 3 nons, and sometimes go for 5.

The cinnamon bun isn't on the list yet, but can get to a non. Depending on how you value the sunback, the cinnamon bun needs to add 2 to 4 nons

That's actually not true. The sunback is only worth 2 nons (coontail tier), re-applied demand can drive it up to about sunjewel tier. The cinnabun goes for around a non right now, so another non would be needed to be added.
If you re-apply demand is up to you, the list already considers demand though (:

Rarity-wise, the toxic is supposed to be quite a bit of an overpay (low main list vs mid september list). Demand-wise, I honestly have no idea. The rares list is supposed to already take demand into consideration, but with so much inflation due to word of mouth and the outdated nature of the list, it's hard to judge how accurate it really is.
