While rats have a really bad demand, I'd say they're still overpaying. Your side is worth an '09 rare + a '13 rare (maybe higher because some people overpay a little bit for summer event pets). Their side is worth at least 2-3 '09 rares.

However, I personally wouldn't accept this, because you could probably get better rares than the rat for those pets. Rats are really hard to trade away for what they're worth.

Hmm.. this is pretty fair, but slight underpay on their side. Your side is worth two mid '09 rares, and they're offering a late '09 rare and a mid '09 rare. If you want this to be completely fair, I'd have them add an '09 uncommon or something.

While I don't like how demand affects pet rarities, your pets might also be worth a bit more due to the demand of store pets. However, I'm not sure if the llamas have any special demand.

This has already been answered. You're overpaying. Unless you're willing to overpay for malks, the malk cat on their side should be replaced with a '10 rare.

Extremely unfair to you, all of their items are fairly recent, and together probably wouldn't be worth more than a recent rare.
