You're overpaying. Ignoring demand, your green toxic is overpay. Taking demand into consideration, it's even more of an overpay, as fruit don't tend to go for what they're supposed to be worth.

Just gonna pop in here real quick.
This is very unfair to the green toxic. It is severa tiers above the apple. As far as demand goes, the rares list already includes demand. Another other "demand" stems from greed/false word of mouth.
