Two western dragons would already be enough without demand but with, I think you'd be able to get more than this

Please don't boost the demand of warriors that much. The top is offering the worth of three 2009 rares. That's enough for an advent tier 1. Also, store pets have good demand and could also go for overpay.
This is huge overpay on the top
