If all of your pets turn out to be common, you'd be overpaying by one 2017 common.
Personally I'd take this because I like to trade up

Unfair to you. I believe the PPS is just a regular '11 very rare, so even one '09 rare would be a decent amount of overpay.

I'd get a second opinion only because I'm unsure about the PPS on their side.

Actually that is a tier 5 advent list pet and it's either from '09 or '08 and it's worth roughly 6-7 '09 rares. Your side is worth approximately 13 + '09 rares, so it's extremely unfair to you.

Ignoring the two very rare rats in both trades,
first trade has '09 rare+'16 store pet+two '17 store pets. That's 2.5 2009 rares additional
second trade has 1.5 2009 rares. The 2014 store pet is worth a late 2009 rare
The first offer is better
