This fair?

the only valuable items on their side are the dog birthday balloon and the figurine, valued at about a mid 09 rare/very rare each. the chocolate box and the dolphin balloon are valued at a mid 2010 Uncommon each.

the other items are of no specific "high" value, as far as I know.

the trade is unfair to you, since your pet is worth 4-5 09 rares + a 09 uncommon c:

What about demand?

the tess horse had an extended release until May 20, 2009, so it's worth a mid 2009 rare. how it's valued depends on you, but by rarity they are paying double of what they need to (+ the 2015 rare), as your pet is worth a mid 2010 rare.

I personally wouldn't accept because I'm not a great fan of tess horses and I do prefer store pets over them. but this is one opinion out of many - you may value the pets as you like.

Can someone see if this is fair, demand wise?
I know bunnies have not-great demand, but the black dutch is on the List.
I also know that the GSDs have good demand.
I'm not sure if they'd be equal, demand wise? ;v; I'm kinda torn.
