They're overpaying C$ wise by about 25 C$(how I value '13 store pets is 50 C$ each, especially from demand). Even so, I wouldn't take it because the store pet has a lot of demand, and from what I've seen you could easily get more for it. The most I've seen it go for was a tier 4 advent.

Actually, that store pet is worth a late '09 rare.
They'd still be overpaying since a mid advent is normally worth 6-8 mixed '09 rares. Demand-wise the dragon has gone for a LOT more than that from what I've seen(Ive seen it go for a low September). This trade is basically up to you how you value the dragon, but the mid advent is a little hard to trade off.

This should be fair. A very rare from the same year is worth two rares from the same year within three months, and it abides by that rule ovo

Demand-wise I believe you could get more, but I'm not entirely sure.
