abcdeed. When she turned sixteen, Finley began
abcdeher journey as a Pokemon Coordinator and h

Finley waded unassumingly in the cold water, watching silently as the sun rose from beneath the horizon. She stood still, her feet sinking beneath the freezing sand, and admired the exquisite blend of colors that painted the sky. It was no longer an abyss of black, but instead was a mix of orange, yellow and pink—with a hint of blue emerging from behind the apricot-colored clouds.



She had no doubt always cherished the beauty of sunrises. Every morning, she would watch the night sky fade into the same amalgamation of vibrant colors; and, every morning, she would get the same, pure feelings of peacefulness and bliss. It was always so fascinating. Even as a child, she would wake up bright and early just so she could watch the spectacle take place, even if it only lasted a few mere minutes.

And, this time, it only took about as little as three. The colors, like always, disappeared with the sun's ascent, and were unfailingly replaced with a familiar—but nonetheless stunning—baby blue. This signaled the end of Finley's early-morning quietude, as well as served as an unfavorable reminder that she had to begin practicing soon. For her next Pokémon contest, that is. She was hardly prepared for it, considering she had spent the last three days taking a small but much-needed break at the beach with her Pokémon.

"Amie!" Finley exclaimed as she reached the shore. She bent down, embracing her beloved little Eevee. "We have to get you ready for your first contest, you know. It's in a few days, and we haven't even picked our outfits." She smiles as she picks up Amie, taking her back to their small tent. { The other Pokemon greeted her. She packed up. Began heading to Alamos. }
