Saber carefully inspected Darkness's scratches and soon said "I'm gonna need some burdock roots to prevent infection". Saber continued eyeing the wounds "Does it hurt?" Saber asked waiting patiently for Darkness's reply.

Breeze/Female/8 moons/Deaf/Crush; Rex/Healer Trainee/Tags; Rex, Lynx

As she struggled to gain her footing, she saw Rex turn his head to speak to an unknown presence. Turning to gaze at whatever he was looking at or speaking to, she spotted another cat around Rex's age. Another trainee- she didnt know his name, however. She hadnt seen Rex's mouth move as he spoke to the figure, but she presumed he was gesturing or communicating something of some sort. In case he didnt, she turned her attention back to focus in trying to crouch properly. Purring gratefully, she felt Rex helping fix her positioning. "Thank you," Her voice was shy and quiet.

Lynx | Male | Trainee
Lynx let out a small grin, now seeing Rex and Breeze training together.
The trainee walked over to the two cats and let out a respectful purr.
"Hello, Breeze. Sorry if I started you with my presence. I was not aware
of when I should go to training with you guys." Lynx flicked his tail, giving
Rex a silent hello. The tom sat down and examined the battle moves Rex
and Breeze were performing.

Darkness//she-cat//leader

Darkness was a bit agitated. Saber was asking questions you would ask a kit! Of course the crow pecks hurt! However, Darkness refused to acknowledge the pain, so she instead replied, "Of course not. I've dealt with worse." She looked Saber in the eyes with a gaze of steel and fire, and waited to be contradicted.

Rex//tom//trainee

Rex stepped in front of Breeze, and slowly stated, "Breeze, this is Lynx. He's coming to train with us." He hoped she had read his lips okay. He knew how tough the art must be, so he tried to make it easy on her. Rex dropped back into a crouch and swiped his paw through the air, mimicking a slash across the face.

Sensing vibrations from the unknown trainee, she looked to him. Reading his lips, she simply nodded, "Hello,"
Her eyes brightened as Rex spoke to her. She loved this about him- he would adapt to her needs. He tried to make it easier for her. It seemed like he understood what it was like, lacking of hearing. Nodding, she observed him mimicking a slash. Occasionally glancing at Lynx, Breeze rehearsed it in her head, then whipped her paw out in a soft batting motion. Looking to Rex, she murmured, "Like that?"

"Yes! Exactly like that. Just tilt your paw a bit more," Rex meowed proudly. He was quite proud of Breeze for learning how to fight so easily even though she couldn't hear his descriptions. He wondered at how to involve Lynx, and came up with an idea. He growled at the tom playfully, signaling that they should mock fight to show Breeze what battle was like in action. He sheathed his claws, and motioned for the younger trainee to do the same.

Saber rolled her eyes and padded towards the medicine den and signaled with her ears for Darkness to follow.

Darkness grinned in slight amusement as the she-cat attempted to signal with her tail and failed. She quickly concealed her amusement as Saber looked backwards. She followed her, her own unusually long tail whipping behind her.

Saber padded into the medicine den not caring if Darkness was following or not. She walked into the alcove where the herbs were stored l, got out burdock and poppy seeds, and then she padded back to where she hoped Darkness was waiting for her.
