this tattoo needle can be used like any other item; you can add it yourself, or get someone else to do it. it must be approved.
- it must be on a separate layer of the main design; you cannot use it to change any pre existing markings.
- it cannot be made to look like any edits, such as realistic wings or extra eyes. it also must be distinguishable from the design and cannot look like a marking.
- it cannot cover more than 50% of the kalon, but it can be used to make several different tattoos.
- it will not pass in breeding - you must use an unmarked ref for breeding.

You're not sure what you expected by the dark and dank exterior of the Tavern but it wasn't exactly the warm colors and bright smile that greet you. You almost have to shield your eyes and plug your ears from the on slaught of the interior.

The words come from a jovale looking young male who's hair falls over their eyes. Isn't that some sort of health code violation? You shake the thought and greet them, surely this character will have some news of what is going on around town, yes?
