A bit of a nerd, he enjoys reading, including comics, video games, board games, building computers, and cosplaying. Why are they always late?:
He has no sense of direction! So, no matter where he is going, he always ends up taking the wrong turn, getting lost, and ends up terribly late. Even if someone gives him very specific directions, he's still very likely to turn left instead of the right he was told to take. Sometimes, he entirely misses parties and events for the reason.

Personality: Cicero is a sweet little thing, albeit a tad paranoid. She's rather skittish and jumpy, but means well. Is very clumsy and could probably accidentally kill herself with a bowl of rice.
Why are they always late?: As stated in the personality section, Cicero is paranoid. The reason she's always late is because she lives a little ways away from the fire department. They're usually out on call the days Cicero goes out to parties and events and such, so whenever Cicero sees the flashing lights and hears the wailing sirens, she automatically turns around and speeds back to her house to make sure it isn't on fire.
