The first one is unfair to them. Your store pet is worth a mid '10 rare whereas theirs is an early '10 rare. You'd need to add about an early '10 uncommon to make up for the gap~

The most fair one would be #2 but rats and horses have a terrible demand. But rarity wise it's over on their side.
