Their side is worth about 3 09 rares plus the UCs, so their side is worth a low advent at most while yours is a mid
Demand wise depends how you value their pets but personally I wouldn't take this. Some people hate nick pets and some love them, but even then I wouldn't take this.

A bit unfair to the person with the red sided holly, the store pet can go for an 09 rare but depends on the person. Also with the nick pet it does not have the best demand, you would need to add about a 2013 rare for this to be fair since the dog is worth 6-7 09 rares and your side adds up to about 5 and a half
