things, and is absolutely horrid at

History:
storm once lived on their own
with their mother, until one
day they stumbled out into
the wilderness as a 7 moon
year old eevee. storm was
appalled to find that they
didn't know their way back
and spent a few weeks on
their own. storm learned a
few survival skills during
that time, and eventually
they found the clan and
have been in it ever since.

@Fennekechu I believe they have a limit of four moves and if they learn something new they wouldn't use one of the moves they knew before. Also from my understanding abilities are a thing and can be used. Hope this answered your questions!

And as for moves, levels don't matter, but higher level moves would only be done by Warriors etc. For the amount, I hadn't realy thought of it before. I think I will put up a poll so everyone can choose. If 'only 4' is choses I will add a moves section to the form =)

Personality: Chloris is a very smug and confident pokemon who is always willing to insult, fight, and trick others. She is an extremely strong and talented fighter, who is very skilled in strategizing. She has little to no compassion towards other eeveelutions, and can almost never be trusted. She is also surprisingly passionate towards other species, whether they're small rattata or dangerous salamence. She only eats berries and other plants, as she has never liked the idea of killing other pokemon. She can sometimes get very serious or angry, and when that happens your best option is running away.

Family: Unknown
History: Chloris was bred by a skilled pokemon breeder and given to a pokemon trainer. She was her first pokemon, and lived most of her life in Alola. She met almost every pokemon you can think of there and bonded with them, and she realized that all pokemon had feelings. Sadly, her trainer died in an accident. Chloris kept her Icium Z to remember her, and was surprised when she found it that it still woked. For her own safety, she left to find the eevee clan she had heard about. She was disgusted by how they ate other pokemon like no big deal, and lives in their territory just to spite them.

Sorry, but I see a few things that might need changing in your form ^^'
Nebby is right, I don't think we will have crystals... and we arn't realy using levels...
Also, She can't live IN their territory, but she could live around as a loner. And with the other pokemon, we are going by the Warrior Cat rules. In Warrior Cats, you wouldn't see a cat befriending a mouse or fox... it is just their nature to eat other animals (never thought I would say that as I am a vegetarian myself XD)
Unless everyone else is fine with it, I think you may have to edit that bit, sorry >~<
