How many posts have you made in the forum (at the time of applying): 784
Without posting your age, are you old enough (and willing) to risk seeing adult content when screening posts that are waiting for moderator approval: Yes I certainly am.
How many days a week do you usually visit CS?: I visit CS multiple times a day.
How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit?: Depending what I'm doing I can be on for 2 or more hours, or less than 5 minutes if I'm just checking in very quickly.
Have you moderated on any other forums before?: No I have not but I do believe I am mature enough and capable of doing a good job as one.
Now the important question: Why do you want to be a moderator for CS? I believe this job would be a wonderful experience for myself. I love to help others with questions and am not afraid reinforcing rules and keep the peace. I also have a calm manor to deal with those who have broken any rules. I have, in a couple rare occasions, had to reinforce my own rules in some threads I have made. Though minor I still like to have order and reduce spam if I can. Also I have always been inspired by the moderators on this site. I have always looked up to them and wanted to be calm and assertive like they are. I try to, like them, stay calm and not let things bother me even if they are offensive.
Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position:? I don't think I'm unique enough bring anything incredibly special to this position but if it's worth anything I am a rather kinda and VERY patient person. I can deal with an outraged person in a calm manor and do not lash out back to them. I'm not afraid of being judged or afraid of having a few enemies. I don't like it when one is rude to another and judged unfairly and am not afraid to state so and but them in their place without, of course being rude and getting into an argument myself. Though my speech isn't long and fancy like some of these applications I don't think one has to make a huge speech just to stand out.
Thank you for taking time out of your busy days to read and review my application. Even if I'm not chosen I thank you for giving me this opportunity and look forward to seeing the results of everyones efforts.
Good luck everyone!
