"What's your name?" Mia asked Amaye, looking up at her through huge round glasses that were way too big on her, they slid off the bridge of her nose a bit, Mia pushed them back up with her index finger.

"Cool! Do you like science and math? I love science and math! Chris says that makes me a nerd-but I don't care! I just adore learning, don't you? It's awesome! I also love to read, Chris says I ought to do something more with my spare time, so you know what I did?"

Pause for dramatic effect.

"I joined Glee Club! I can't wait to see the look on Chris' face! I also want to tell my best friend, and make him join as well, but I can't find him anywhere!"

Mia stuttered in front of boys she found intimidating, but for girls she just rambled.

Jared smirked, and said,"Yeah me too." He had joined Vocal Adrenaline because, well, they never really seemed to lose. He looked at both of them and said,"But I guess a little friendly competetion will be good for all of us." He smiled a little, directing that mostly to Mia.

"I know!!" Said Mia excitedly. "Math rules! I-" She stiffened, as if she just remembered Jared was there.

"Y-yeah some c-competition is g-g-good." She stammered, blushing.

Suddenly she got an idea.

"I kn-n-now how to m-make sure we stay f-f-friendly! How ab-bout we s-sing a s-song together? The t-t-t-three of us!"
