Leafpaw headed out of the den, remembering his mentors words from yesterday. He remembered her saying he could talk to other cats the next day, so he was very excited to head out of the den to finally get some fresh air and stretch his legs. It was too cold yesterday to go out and grab the herbs, so he hadn't gone out. He looked around for Nightpaw, and since he couldn't spot him in the clearing, decided to check the apprentice's den. He headed in, and saw Nightpaw sitting in there, and sat in the nest next to him, again. "Hey Nightpaw, whatcha up too?" He asked, glad it had finally stopped snowing outside. "Oh, the snow is starting to melt a bit!" He said, looking at the small patches of grass that were showing.
