hello c: complicated question hahah - I'll try to answer the best I can!

the scarf PPS is worth three mid advents. this is equivalent to 18-24 09 rares.
valuing a rare at four uncommons from the same year, that would answer to 72-96 09 uncommons.
as for commons, I usually multiply the number by two, so in 09 commons that would be 144-192 09 commons.

if you want more recent uncommons/commons, I would multiply the number by two for each year you go up (if you're looking for 2010 uncommons, multiply 72-96 by two and so on..)
