i dont have a name or anything yet but hes basically just a guy who spends all his time loafing around like a piece of garbage in his apartment and spends all his money on things like electric guitars he doesnt know how to play and a jacuzzi. sometimes he goes to the beach and loafs around like a piece of garbage there as well. except one day while he was going to blockbuster to rent a d-list action movie, some higher power decided to grant someone pure and good some powers and whoops they slipped and accidentally slapped it on this guy, who then basically thought "oh sweet wings" and then kept on walking to blockbuster
