As Swanfeather calls for a meeting, Shadowdusk immediately stood up and made his way towards the beach. Sporadically, he would squeeze past other clan members in order to get to the meeting place, but also to get a good view since he would, once in a while, end up in the back. He saw other fellow knights making their way to the beach, along with the wardens heading towards Swanfeather.
A fellow knight such as he, who wishes to one day become a lord and also to train a squire. He remains motionless and quiet as the other cats chatter about what is to come.

Silverwillow Arryn

Silverwillow Arryn was already at her usual spot when the queen called for a meeting. She groomed herself quickly and shifted in her seat uncomfortably as she had some nightmares the night before, mostly due to her fear of the darkness of night. However, she wanted to look her best towards the other clan members, looking towards her wanted House, House Helios.

Moonblaze Helios scanned the area. Her eyes fell on Swanfeather and some other cats that were gathered. There were also the other Wardens. Oh snap, I'm supposed to be there? she thought as she quickly sprang up. Moonblaze padded to where the mentioned cats were and dipped her head (she-cats can't curtsy) to the High Queen. "Greetings, Swanfeather and everyone here." She calmly smiled to the High Queen.

Halfjaw was silent in thought for a few moments, before gazing back at his queen. "I have thought deeply on choosing the lords or ladies to represent House Arryn." He answered her, I must admit, it is a difficult decision. I believe Poppyfang and Silverwillow are the eligible cats available: Silverwillow does not carry the traditions of Arryn proudly, or really at all, and Poppyfang seems to have some maturity to catch up to. Having an apprentice should show that maturity, but I fear that the position may distract her from her duties as a Lady or vice-versa. I will ponder this decision deeply."
The large cat walked beside his kin, keeping mind to put a bit of distance between her and him: A cat of his status should not approach the royalty's personal space unless requested. He watched Moonblaze closely as she approached, although said nothing to her.

"Ooh!" Hornetpaw cooed, Let's go,then! We need to get to a spot before the good spots are taken!" He pronked through the beach, eventually finding a spot in the sand that gave a good view of the Queen's speaking pint, without being too close to the crowding cats. He sat down sloppily, his tail curling around his hind legs. He looked around the crowd for any other apprentices, and but only managed to spot Quailpaw among the cats, approaching with the Queen.
"Hey Quailpaw, come sit with me!" He called, pawing the ground, excited for the meeting.

Emberthorn looked up to face the cat who had approached her. "Ugh, did you have to pick a spot right next to me?" she joked, rolling her eyes teasingly. She sat up to make room, her tail hooked, signifying pleasure. "Sure, Longfeather. I can't wait to see what the meeting is about."
She noticed her brother across the clearing, glaring at Longwhisker. The She-Cat was in a good mood this morning, she decided. Maybe she'd tease her brother later, she'd see.
She looked over at her queen as the aged white cat approached.

The long-furred gray seal point nodded in response, unsure of what to say. She kept quiet, as the wardens began to speak to the queen. I wouldn't be this bad of a hand of the queen, if I had known Sharkfin well. She thought for a moment, being a bit self-critical. She listened to Halfjaw's choices, flicking her ear as she thought. They would be great choices as ladies, but he's right on their flaws.

The long-furred black tom noticed his sister glance over at him, and he turned his head away as if he wasn't glaring at Longfeather only moments ago. He shook his fur out, glad that it was beginning to turn dark as it usually got too hot for him during most of the day. He glanced over to where the wardens and the queen had gathered, noticing that the new hand of the queen had arrived. I bet Emberthorn will end up teasing me about that. . . He thought, as he waited for the queen to announce the ceremony. What kind of ceremony is this anyway?

Silently the white she-cat sat near the knights den, glancing carefully as her queen Swanfeather was talking with the wardens and other hight ranked cats. For moons she was noticeed that the Horizonclans leader was getting weaker, probabaly because her already very old age. Thought she was hoping that it was not the case about this meeting, she didn't have anything against the princess Echomoon, but there is always someone who don't like it.

Sighing she was being sleeping at her nest when all this noise comin for outside waked her up. Yawning she blinked noticing that her borther Nightmarenight whos nest is next to her wasen't not here. Stooding up she shaked her fur, yawning again seeing a cats walking past the knights den, which telled her that something was maybe going on "Nightmarenight what is going on?" she meowed to her Brother who sit near the knights den entrance. Looking at him she sit next to it and looked the cats which was gathered near the queen.

All this time when the queen was awaken and all the wardens, Spottedcloud and Quailpaw was there talking with the queen. For a knight like him, he was sometimes feeling little lonely, because mostly the knights knows thinks last. Flicking his ears toward Vaporfrost he shaked his head "I am not sure, but soon we will see what is going on there" he meowed flicking his tail nervously "I think she is going to have a some sort of a meeting" he said sighing, still looking at the group of cats.

Moonblaze dipped her head to each of the cats present, to show respect. Once she finished her greeting, she saw Halfjaw glaring at her. Her small smile fell, and she stood up straighter, though she didn't glare. She said, "Greetings, Halfjaw. May you please stop glaring at me?" She calmly said this, but then she turned to Swanfeather and quietly added, "For the lords, ladies, and nobles, I might have some in mind, though I'm not too sure right now." Moonblaze didn't understand why Halfjaw glared at her. Maybe he didn't like how she greeted the High Queen? She shook her head to clear her thoughts and walked alongside the cats there, remembering to keep her space.

Dogfang considered the queen's question for a moment, then shook his head. "Not yet. I have my eye on Shadowdusk for the role, but I wish to wait and see if he's really the best for it. I know that he's very motivated to do what's right, however, he doesn't appear to be the most social cat of the House." He bowed his head as more cats approached, and quietly excused himself to search for Moonblaze. However, she approached before he even had to find him. Now with a small group of cats surrounding the queen, Dogfang decided it'd be best to remove himself. Too many cats around the older she-cat could add additional stress, as well as bring too much attention to her. He found a random spot on the beach, and sat, silently awaiting for the meeting to begin.

Rabbitheart, settled in her spot, watched as her father removed himself from the group of cats surrounding the queen, then, the maiden's eyes rested upon yet another familiar face, trotting in from a distance. Her good friend, Poppyfang, and her adorable apprentice, Hornetpaw. She rose to her feet, walking as fast as she could toward the two cats. "Good evening, Poppyfang, Hornetpaw." The small she-cat greeted them with a friendly purr, glancing over her shoulder as the crowd progressively grew.
"Are you two ready for the rest of the day?"

Duskfire noticed Silverwillow's gaze from afar, then glanced among the rest of his house where they gathered. He also noticed that she looked a little unsettled for some reason. The muscular orange tabby rose to his paws, walking over to the pretty white she-cat with grey patches. "Hello." He greeted, briefly dipping his head. "Are you alright? You seem a little distressed. Do you need anything?" He already leapt into fussing over a cat, despite the fact she wasn't apart of his House. It was a habit of his, one that some appreciated, and that also annoyed others.

Longfeather let out a low chuckle, dipping his head in thanks as she moved over to make room for her, settling down next to her. He shifted a bit, then wrapped his tail neatly around his paws, careful to keep a straight, proud posture. The tom then looked over at Emberthorn, nodding his head. "Indeed. It must be something important, for our queen to be out of the maester's den in this state. I hope she doesn't push herself too hard." He noticed a piercing stare of of Shadedriver, meeting his glare back with a brief glare of his own. However, his focus was ripped from the tom as Swanfeather came into sight and bowed his head deeply for a few moments out of respect. Afterwards, he sat straight up again, a visible glint of worry in his dark brown eyes as the elderly queen made her way across the beach.

Her ears twitched at the sound of a familiar voice, it was Hornetpaw. Smiling shyly, Quailpaw politely excused herself from the company of her mentor, the wardens and the queen. ''Hey Hornetpaw.'' Taking a seat besides the ginger tom, the tabby could not help but notice just how charming he looked in the dusky light. But she was staring, and staring was not polite. Looking over her shoulder, she spotted Charming and Dragonpaw. They looked terribly lonely and following Hornetpaw's example, she invited them over. ''Charmingpaw, Dragonpaw....would you like to join us?''

Poppyfang watched as her apprentice kindly invited Quailpaw to join him, a smile on her face. He was a well behaved apprentice, he'd do well as a knight no doubt! Leaving them to their chatter, Poppyfang spotted her friend trotting over to join them. Eyes lighting up like lanterns, Poppyfang smiled at Rabbitheart. ''Evening Rabbitheart!'' she called out. ''Yeah, I could not be more ready.'' the knight replied. ''How are you, may I ask?''

Shadowdusk looked around, the entire area bustling with activity. He sees cats from all of the four Houses interacting with one another as this was a meeting called by the Queen. Looking at the Wardens speaking with Swanfeather, he assumes that the Wardens were deciding who to promote in their House.
I need to work on my socialising skills, but every time I feel like I could say something wrong. Is it just me? What is wrong with me? Shadowdusk admitted to himself as he waits for the meeting to begin.

Silverwillow turned to see Duskfire speaking to her. "No, I-I... am fine. I am just t-tired, that is all," She said, trying to make herself sound alright. It didn't work, seeing that it probably wasn't convincing.
'What I meant to say was that I had a nightmare last night, but I am fine now," Silverwillow stated calmly, careful to not reveal her fear.

spottedcloud merely dipped her head in acknowledgement to the queen's apology. she was still skeptical about the queen's claimed wellbeing, but didn't question her further. she could only hope the queen really was well enough to cope on her own. as swanfeather discussed the upcoming meeting with the wardens, she noticed that cats had started to gather on the beach, watching with curiosity and anticipation. the maester overheard the thoughts on possible new ladies and lords, and purred. it was always an honour to witness the promotions of new leaders.
"do you need me to accompany you as you hold the meeting, my queen?" she mewed in inquiry, watching as dogfang, warden of house stark and her apprentice, quailpaw, backed away out of respect to join the rest of the waiting clan, waiting until the meeting commenced. should anything happen to the queen while she spoke and held the meeting, spottedcloud and her young apprentice needed to be there first.

ravenwing noted shadowdusk of his house blinking anxiously at the group surrounding the queen. he could guess that the tom was thinking about the lord and lady promotions, assuming that was what the queen was currently discussing with the wardens. he nimbly stepped around the seated cats to approach the younger cat, and settled down beside him.
"what's on your mind?" ravenwing mewed, not necessarily glancing at shadowdusk while he spoke. he still had his gaze fixed on the group of wardens, the high queen and maester. it was pretty likely that they were contemplating new ranks, and ravenwing himself wondered for a brief moment if he was being considered. then he shook his head with a short chuckle; his age probably put them off otherwise, compared to the youthful cat sitting right beside him.
