No. A late 2010 rare is worth a 2017 store pet
Adding on to Mewfle: the C$ guide is outdated so some people pushed store pet values back a little. A 2014 store pet would be a late 2009 rare/early 2010 rare, depending on who you're trading with

Top is overpaying. The bunny is tier 6 while your dog is tier 5. They're overpaying by a '09 uncommon and that '10 uncommon horse.

I personally find giving a 5 slightly unreasonable since you are overpaying rarity wise. A 2013 store pet is worth a mid/late 2009 rare and you have two 2009 rares on your side.
