The "How much is this pet worth?" Thread

Okay Guys and Gals I need some SERIOUS HELP!
I've had totally AMAZING bids for my Liontail/Zodiac Auction, but two stand out above the others- I've had one bid with a sorbet + other pets on my w/l, current collections, etc, and another bid with a Blue Toxic (a tier up), but only the one dog.
Sorbet+ Bid
Blue Toxic Bid
Bearing in mind its for a Green Liontail AND Full set of Zodiac dogs. Which would you choose/which has better demand, pros and cons? My end goal is the UR Malk!
I'm definitely favoring the sorbet bid, but does the extra tier of the Toxic lift it up to the worth of the other pets in the sorbet bid?
I'm honestly not sure on demand. Sorbet or Blue Toxic more demand-wise?
I know the Blue Toxic is worth 1 sorbet and a low August already, so no point telling me that
