fact she had been so busy organising things that she hadn't
even begun to notice how much time was passing. "This pot
ion is absolutely delicious!" Okay, that's a little unnerving.

She hurries to the front of the shop, peering down at the p
otion in question and finding her eyes immediately wideni
ng at the sight. "Do you.. always drink random potions you
find?" she asks, her voice soft as the man turns to beam at
her with a wide grin across his features, "I only ask becaus
e that's not-"

"It's positively delicious!" She opens her mouth to correct him but it seems her words don't come as easily as she would like as he promptly interrupts, "The fruity taste is divine! I must purchase it!" He proceeds to pull money from his pocket; bills that she regards with a curious turn of her head, "Any price! Please! Something this delicious must be a miracle worker for sure." Delicious? Perhaps, but a miracle worker it most certainly is not. "What does it do?" he continues, swirling the glittering liquid around in the flask.

Oh. "Well uh.." Lorelai clears her throat awkwardly, combing back her unruly locks, "it.. is.. a nutritional potion, it.. boosts energy and hydration? If you must have it.. it's free." She hopes that at least even if her idea doesn't sound all that accurate then at least her offer is charming enough. Especially considering what's actually held in that flask. The man takes it without question, leaving Lorelai to peer down at her lonesome sandwich by the counter, unsure of how to feel now that she's sold off the apple juice she'd brought for her lunch. At least she wasn't dishonest, she supposes it could definitely be worse.
